Las Vegas Show Review - KA by Cirque du Soleil

LAS VEGAS SHOW REVIEW

KA by Cirque du Soleil

KA is the beautiful story of twins, separated by forces beyond their control and their struggle to re-unite. From the minute that you walk into the theatre, you are transported to a magical world. Just above the concession stand, two characters play haunting music on an enormous customized harp. The entire show is centered around the rectangular stage. The show begins with a ceremony, which is followed by an dramatic battle between good and evil. The twins are separated, and the stage drops down below view to re-emerge as a desert island, covered in sand! Transitioning to the next act, the stage tilts towards the audience, dumping the sand below the stage. The stage continues to transition with each new act, even rotating vertically to become the sheer face of a mountain.

In my opinion, KA is one of Cirque du Soleil's best shows. It is thrilling, and introduces a whole new set of thrilling acrobatic tricks and stunts - Cirque Du Soleil's signature style.
